Sourcing Services

Found It Supply helps commercial buyers identify and obtain everyday, specialty, and hard-to-find products. We may work with independent manufacturers, distributors, and logistics providers. Unless expressly stated in writing, Found It Supply is not the manufacturer of products discussed or sourced through the website and does not claim to be an authorized distributor of any particular brand.

Product examples and categories describe the types of requests we may evaluate. They do not represent guaranteed inventory, brand authorization, availability, or suitability for a specific application.

Requests, Quotes, and Orders

A submitted sourcing request or supplier inquiry is an invitation to communicate and is not an order or binding agreement. Quotes may be based on information supplied by customers and third parties and may change due to availability, supplier pricing, tariffs, freight, taxes, quantity, lead time, specifications, or other conditions.

Unless a quote states otherwise, pricing excludes applicable taxes, duties, special handling, installation, and other charges. A transaction becomes binding only when Found It Supply provides written order acceptance or confirmation and any required payment or credit terms are satisfied. We may decline or cancel a request or order before acceptance, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable products, restricted products, or incomplete specifications.

You are responsible for reviewing descriptions, dimensions, certifications, compatibility, quantity, delivery information, and approved substitutions before authorizing an order. No substitution will be made without customer approval when approval is reasonably required.

Shipping, Inspection, Cancellations, and Returns

Lead times and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Shipments may be fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. Risk of loss and title will be governed by the applicable quote, order confirmation, shipping terms, or law.

Inspect shipments promptly and report shortages, visible damage, incorrect items, or other issues within the timeframe stated in the quote or order documents. Cancellation and return eligibility may depend on supplier rules. Custom, special-order, made-to-order, opened, installed, or used products may be noncancelable and nonreturnable. Any approved return may be subject to authorization, freight charges, restocking fees, and inspection.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, submit only files and content you are authorized to share, and use the website lawfully. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, impersonate another person or business, scrape the website in a manner that disrupts service, or use the website to violate third-party rights.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable and lawful for your intended use. Technical, regulatory, safety, and installation decisions should be confirmed with the manufacturer or an appropriately qualified professional.

For claims arising solely from use of the website before an accepted order, Found It Supply’s aggregate liability will not exceed $100. Liability connected to an accepted order will be governed by the applicable quote, order confirmation, written agreement, and mandatory law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any written agreement governing an accepted order, disputes relating to these terms or the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
